The railway bridge over the A14 in Plate (near Schwerin, Germany) was in need of replacement. The new arched bridge was assembled next to the motorway on a tiny building site and had to be installed during a short closure of the motorway on the weekend. There has been much road work on the Autobahn A30 between Osnabrück and Hanover to renew the lanes and renovate bridges. The Werrebrücke is situated near the village of Löhne, crossing the river of the same name. This required reinforcement with heavy steel beams. The Wagenborg Nedlift specialists came up with an inventive solution for the installation of the beams.
The Lessing Tunnel in Hamburg is a 110-metre-long railway underpass located north of the Hamburg-Altona railway station.
