The Wagenborg Nedlift fleet: zero emissions.
Sustainable. For sure.

Hybrid mobile telescopic cranes
In collaboration with the Chinese company XCMG, Wagenborg developed the world's first mobile hybrid telescopic crane.
Zero emissions during lifting operations. Without compromising on speed and efficiency. No emissions of harmful substances, making it better for the environment. Ultimately, the XCMG XCA60_EV has a lower ecological footprint.

Electric mobile tower cranes
A mobile tower crane requires little set-up space, making it ideal for use on tight project sites. Assembly is quick and fully automatic. We have electrically operated tower cranes from Liebherr and Spierings. On the construction site, they can hoist completely emission-free if they are allowed to use the available construction power. An additional advantage for all residents and those present at the construction site is that the crane causes hardly any noise pollution.

Caterpillar-driven electric compact cranes
Small compact cranes that can be used in small spaces and on unpaved surfaces. This makes it possible to move heavy goods or machines in hard-to-reach locations. We have various small cranes in our fleet.

Knuckle boom crane
Our fleet includes 92tm and 165tm knuckle boom cranes. These cranes are ideal for heavy lifting in confined and hard-to-reach spaces.

Project equipment
Our projects department team makes extensive use of the Enerpac box jack system. The height range of this computer-controlled, fully electric system is 20 metres. It can effortlessly jack weights of up to 3,200 tonnes.
The bamboo jacking beams are also frequently used, as they are a much more sustainable alternative to the tropical hardwood beams that used to be the norm.

Composite road plates
Wagenborg Nedlift's ISOtrack X composite road plates are made from high-quality thermoplastic material: strong, durable and lightweight.
A major advantage is that no ground preparation is required, which saves time and transport costs. And because the plates are lightweight, fewer transports are needed. In short: efficient and sustainable.

Investing in greener equipment
We invest wisely and consciously in making our equipment greener. This means we are not only renewing, but also improving. Our Sennebogen crawler cranes have been completely overhauled and equipped with Euro 6 engines, enabling them to run on sustainable HVO fuel. Power packs have been purchased for our articulated telescopic cranes, so that they can be used fully electrically, even in rural areas.
We also take a sustainable approach to inner-city projects. If the power supply on site is insufficient, we deploy our battery trailer: a powerful mobile power pack that allows cranes to run cleanly and quietly for 8 hours.
Zero-emission lifting with our XCMG hybrid mobile telescopic crane
In collaboration with the Chinese company XCMG, we also developed the world's first mobile hybrid telescopic crane. The XCMG XCA60_EV operates completely emission-free during lifting work – without compromising on speed or efficiency. The result? No harmful emissions and a significantly lower ecological footprint.
Our mobile tower cranes also contribute to emission-free working. They are compact, quick to assemble and can be used entirely electrically on construction sites with a power supply. Thanks to their quiet operation, they cause hardly any noise pollution – which is pleasant for everyone in the neighbourhood.
This is how we combine innovation, sustainability and practical thinking – every day.
