On 12 January 2024, Wagenborg Nedlift, via Blue Sky Equipment BV (importer), reached an agreement with China's XCMG for the delivery of the world's first hybrid 60-tonne mobile telescopic crane.
Lifting on a construction site with zero emissions? Even at peak loads? Or when there is no power supply? It's all possible. But how exactly? Pim Bontjer, sales manager at Wagenborg Nedlift, and Ben Meems, sales engineer at Hybrid Power Units, explain.
Wagenborg Nedlift's investment programme is well underway: a new Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3 arrived at the yard earlier this month. And last week it was announced that a further five new cranes have been ordered.
The first of the 5 heavyweights ordered has been delivered to Wagenborg Nedlift in Hengelo. The latest model of the MAN TGX 26.580 6x4 BL D38 will be used as a ballast truck for the 700-tonne Liebherr mobile telescopic crane.
Flexible deployment, strong and versatile: it's all true for Wagenborg Nedlift's knuckleboom cranes. Even more reason to expand the fleet with yet another all-rounder. So last week, a brand new Volvo FH with 92tm Palfinger PK92002SH rolled onto the yard in Groningen.
Last week, Gerard Bastiaansen, general manager of Wagenborg Nedlift, put the official signature to the previously agreed order for delivery of no less than five new MAN heavy haulage trucks. It concerns the new model of the MAN TGX 6x4. Nedlift has been using four trucks of the previous type to its full satisfaction since 2019. It is therefore logical that the MAN TGX 6x4 has again been selected to expand the fleet.
The crane fleet of Wagenborg Nedlift has recently been expanded with the latest model in the 300 tonne range from the Manitowoc stable: the Grove GMK6300L-1. A beautiful addition!
What a festive day it was for the Wagenborg Nedlift team yesterday! On this beautiful spring day, the new flagship in the crane fleet, the LTM 1650-8.1, was officially handed over at our site in Hengelo.
